Scaling up is my passion due to the countless adventures and growth opportunities. It requires stepping out of your comfort zone and making decisions that keep you up at night, while deep down, you know there’s no turning back. It’s in that exact place where you can create the greatest value for yourself and others.

Life lessons

Three pivotal events in my life have enabled me to scale up my identity in a significant way. The first occurred when I was 11 years old. I remember feeling unsafe and scared during the war in ex-Yugoslavia, where I was born. It was at that moment that I realized that, regardless of circumstances, I had the power to influence how I felt by mastering my thoughts about the situation. I managed to cultivate inner peace. After relocating to the Netherlands, I learnt how to use my willpower to create a new life from scratch.

Shortly after becomming a mother I got divorced. Despite feeling alone and doubting myself, I found a way to embrace life like never before. I learnt to focus on what I could influence and on what brought me joy. Many things shifted, including the people I chose to surround myself with.

The third event was self-created. In my last job as an employee, I felt an inner calling that there was something else I needed to do. I realized I could provide the level of support my clients needed to truly transform and scale up. So, I took the leap and started my own company, letting go of financial security I thought I had. Instead, I chose my own happiness and freedom. After having countless sleepless nights, now everything has fallen into place, and my work feels almost effortless.
